You knew your friend was creative, but she’s doing a great job: she wants to make her own toothpaste! Damn it, this idea is outlandish, however, it kicks you well! The only hick, you do not know any more than Elisabeth how to proceed. Fortunately, Lucette, your beauty advisor, helps you to make a solid toothpaste at high speed.
Some ingredients are necessary for the preparation:
– 5 grams of coconut oil
– 5 grams of green clay
– 15 grams of calcium carbonate
– 10 grams of Sodium cocoa Isethionate
– 15 drops of peppermint essential oil.
Place all the ingredients in a bowl, except for the peppermint essential oil, then mix.
Boil a pan of water in a saucepan and place the bowl to heat the ingredients in a double boiler. Mix well to obtain a homogeneous green paste.
Remove the bowl from the double boiler without burning, then add the 15 drops of essential oil and mix.
Pack the dough into your mold (like a fluted mold). Then plant a wooden pick in your dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes
Unmould your solid toothpaste and place it in a metal box to shelter it from bacteria.
Brush. Moisten your toothbrush and rub it on your solid toothpaste. Brush your teeth while enjoying a pleasant sensation of freshness!

You will discover the essential oil of peppermint, green clay and coconut oil in organic stores, in large areas or on the Internet. However, be sure to buy virgin coconut oil, not refined, to enjoy all its benefits. Calcium carbonate or Sodium cocoa Isethionate (SCI) can be found on the Internet or in pharmacies.
