The ingredients of your beauty drink
Here are the basic ingredients, with some possible variations to satisfy all taste buds:
Of the carrot
It is not a legend, the carrot, rich in beta-carotene (the famous anti-oxidant vitamin A), beautifies the complexion and helps to fight wrinkles and imperfections. It also gives this recipe a sweet and sweet taste. It should be noted that beta-carotene penetrates the hydrolipidic film of the skin particularly well and stays longer in the tissues, for a lasting good looking effect (especially if you consume it regularly, of course). All orange-colored vegetables can replace the carrot here, namely the pumpkin (it is seasonal) or the sweet potato. It’s a matter of taste (and texture), it’s up to you to see what you like the most.
Of the avocado
Its anti-oxidant vitamin E content nourishes, protects and softens the skin, giving it rebound and luminosity. Mixed with the carrot, the avocado multiplies the effects of beta-carotene and anti-oxidants by facilitating their absorption. It is the velvety and unctuous touch of preparation.
Rich in vitamin B6, particularly useful when your eyes or face are «swollen» by fatigue or excess, as well as beta-carotene (and yes!), spinach is also rich in zinc, whose interesting feature is to regulate the production of sebum (this applies to oily skin such as dry skin).
It contains coconut oil, well known for its moisturizing properties, and which will allow the essential fatty acids contained in the avocado to be better assimilated by the skin and further stimulate the production of collagen. In addition, its taste and creamy texture make it a very gourmet ingredient.

To enhance this recipe and make it both more virtuous, here are some ingredients that will perfectly match the base proposed above:
The berries of goji
A treasure trove of anti-oxidants that act directly on wrinkles.
Of the aloe vera
Rich in vitamins A and E, aloe vera is ideal for dry skin but also for acne skin.
Of the banana
Rich vitamin B6, its consistency will also avoid cravings! In addition, no need to add sugar to the preparation.

Of the cinnamon
It is particularly suitable in the aftermath of a holiday. It will be used as a powder or as an essential oil (one drop will suffice).
1. Cut all solid ingredients into pieces after peeling, if you have chosen to use pumpkin or sweet potato, they should be cooked beforehand
2. In the blender, put: a glass of mineral water (or whatever consistency is desired), a glass of coconut milk, 100 grams of carrots, half an avocado and a good handful of spinach
3. For optional ingredients: 15 goji berries, 2 cm aloe vera plant, banana, 1 teaspoon of honey and 1 pinch of cinnamon powder
4. Mix everything, pour into a tall glass and consume immediately
